Waterblean saltmarsh lamb is available in three cutting styles, traditional, premium and easy-carve.

As a seasonal product and to ensure we provide the best quality lamb we can, we restrict deliveries to once a month. Orders must be placed at least one week ahead of delivery.

TRADITIONAL CUT

This cut is the traditional method of cut used for your lamb. It provides a good mixture of roasting joints and fast grilling or frying chops, cutlets and mince for curries, meat sauces and burgers - a very versatile presentation of your lamb and a favourite with families. (1/2 lamb shown opposite)

BUTCHERING, PACKING & DELIVERY

Waterblean saltmarsh lamb is butchered by well known and respected local butchers.

Chilled lamb is packed on trays and dispatched direct from the butcher by overnight courier in insulated boxes, to reach you in perfect condition ready for refrigeration or freezing.

Please ensure there is someone available to take delivery as this high quality product should be refrigerated as quickly as possible to remain in peak condition.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Standard delivery is free to all mainland UK addresses but we are happy for you to pick up your lamb from the farm. If you do wish to collect your lamb from the farm we request that you contact us ahead of time to make arrangement for this.

Guaranteed delivery before noon on Saturday is offered as an additional delivery option. Those wishing to add this option to their order can do so by clicking the button below.

The steak cut is available for the same price but please specify at the time of ordering.
